Are you drinking too much?

Alcohol can have a dulling effect; a simple escape from the stresses and worries of everyday life. Perhaps what began as just one or two glasses of wine in the evening has escalated to a degree that is causing you to worry. Perhaps you feel the need to consume alcohol in order to reduce your anxiety within a social setting, so you can relax with others.

Addictive behaviours are essentially ways of dealing with feelings of being out of control and powerlessness. You feel like the addiction is the one controlling you and you may feel at it’s mercy, incapable of resisting it, some or most of the time.

Treatments for addiction such as hypnotherapy can mainly help to give you a quick boost, to help you to feel a little more in control and empowered. However, the most effective course of treatment that I can advise for any addictive behaviour is the incredibly successful Thrive Programme.

ThriveProgramme Logo New RGB LargeIf you suffer from an addiction to alcohol, The Thrive Programme is entirely about you ! It is a revolutionary and highly effective training programme which will teach you to understand how to grasp control of the beliefs, thoughts and emotions that make you feel dependent upon alcohol. There is always a reason that people find themselves addicted to something; possibly it is the means to escape the worries, stresses or tedium of everyday life. Maybe their life feels empty and the addiction fills that gap. Essentially, it can be a mechanism with which to escape from negative emotions. It is possible that they believe that they are chemically addicted but are powerless to combat it.

The Thrive Programme can help you completely change the way you think and feel about yourself, enabling you to beat your dependancy on alcohol in just six weekly sessions.

When you absolutely understand how your mind operates, such as the interaction between your thinking, beliefs, personality and feelings, you will feel much more empowered and in control. When you recognise that almost all of your worries, stresses, problems and symptoms are either created, maintained or worsened by poorly managed thinking, you will feel fabulously empowered……..because YOU created these problems then YOU can change them!

This course of treatment does not contain any myths, magic or mumbo-jumbo. It is simply an empowering and liberating psychological training programme, created with proven scientific research.
