One of the most important concepts to understand when undergoing the Thrive Programme is the Success Triad. Displayed in the venn diagram below, it is a simple example of the three crucial components required to achieve success and get the results that you want!
Firstly we have BELIEF…which refers to the self-confidence in relation to your ability to achieve your goals. In order to reach and surpass your personal targets I will show you how to create and maintain the belief in your own self-efficacy, enabling you to build new positive new beliefs regarding your capabilities. Without the belief to back your efforts and knowledge up, your investment into the programme will be built on shaky foundations. So BELIEF is a vital part of your success.
Secondly, we have EFFORT, which is fairly self-explanatory. Simply put, the more effort you put into the Programme, the more success you are likely to achieve… BUT it must be effort in the right areas. Applying effort into taking action, challenging the limiting beliefs you may hold about yourself, actively tolerating uncomfortable feelings and emotions, reading and absorbing all of the information from the workbook and in the sessions, is also a crucial part of the success triad.
Lastly, the third part of the triad is RESOURCES which refers to the skills attained from the sessions and the workbook. During the sessions, you will be given all of the information you need to know to overcome your issues and regain control of your life. So, these three components together will form an effective and successful you !
